Classroom dance lessons
Each student at Bellevue Park participates in a classroom dance program. Students learn how to warm up their bodies, learn dance sequences, improvise, create their own choreography and take part in the yearly Performing Arts Show. School shows are a yearly highlighted school calendar event. Students in Prep to Year 6 learn, in their performing arts lessons, skills to perform confidently in colourful costumes in front of an audience. There is always an energising theme for the school shows and the staff often make an appearance. Students learn how to enter and exit the stage, building on their self-confidence while working as a team.
